Based on a typical Perth single storey brick house with a sloped roof, adequate access and suitable electrical supply. Includes up to 20m of refrigerant piping, new 1P dedicated electrical circuit with a weatherproof isolator, Advantage Air zoning components, supply and installation of your selected air conditioner units, outdoor unit installed at up to 1.5m height, and removal of all rubbish.
A thorough heat load calculation by a qualified refrigeration technician is required before selecting the air conditioner capacity. This will ensure you aren’t under or over conditioning your house, which could lead to inadequate cooling and heating, and/or excessive energy usage.
